Model AC-75/75C
Based on an original design by the Drayton Corporation in 1987, the AC-75 and the AC-75C are reliable acoustic cleaners that have stood the test of time. These 75 Hz acoustic cleaners were the industry standard until the introduction of the AC-60 Magnum in 2014.
The AC-75 uses compressed air to flex a titanium diaphragm, producing pressure pulses that are amplified by the bell. This low-frequency, high-energy sound wave resonates and dislodges particulate deposits. The displaced particulates then are removed by gravity or gas flow.
Advantages:
Low initial investment
Easy installation
Low maintenance cost
Low operational costs
No structural damage
No mechanical wear on equipment surfaces
Cleans inaccessible areas
