Model AC-230

The AC-230 acoustic cleaner is our midsize model, perfect for medium-scale applications, including baghouses, boilers, fans, hoppers, and spray dryers. The AC-230 is an economical option for smaller applications.

The AC-230 uses compressed air to flex a titanium diaphragm, producing pressure pulses that are amplified by the bell. This low-frequency, high-energy sound wave resonates and dislodges particulate deposits. The displaced particulates then are removed by gravity or gas flow.
