AC-60 Magnum

Our next-generation acoustic cleaner. Built on the success of our AC-75 model, the AC-60 powered by the Magnum sound generator is a massive leap forward, both in power and function. By incorporating a revolutionary new sound generator, the AC-60 achieves dramatically improved cleaning performance in a much more compact package. At almost 30 inches shorter than its predecessor, the AC-60 can handle even the most demanding jobs in the tightest of spaces. Just watch the video to see the difference in cleaning power.

Since its introduction in 2014, the AC-60 has become the acoustic cleaner of choice for the United States SCR market, as well as other large applications. Compared to the older style 75 Hz cleaners, the bell on the AC-60 is shorter and much easier to properly insulate, reducing the possibility of buildup issues in the bell sections.

The AC-60 uses compressed air to flex a titanium diaphragm, producing pressure pulses that are amplified by the bell. This low-frequency, high-energy sound wave resonates and dislodges particulate deposits. The displaced particulates are then removed by gravity and/or gas flow.
