Fracking Rigs

Recently a customer at a hydraulic fracturing well in Texas asked us to design a custom solution for a trailer-mounted portable baghouse that kept becoming clogged with dust. We installed our compact and powerful AC-230 cleaner, and you can see the results below!

Custom mounting hardware

We fabricate a broad range of custom mounting hardware for all acoustic cleaner models, from ACS or other companies. We make our mounts using either standard carbon steel or stainless steel materials. Some of our custom mounting options include:

  • Custom flange mounts for tube mounting

  • Custom mounting rings to retrofit ACS cleaners into existing openings

  • Extended pipe mounts for space-restricted applications

No matter your application challenges, the ACS team will help you design and implement an acoustic cleaning solution.
